Doing exercise can not only build our bodies and make us strong, but also be helpful to our emotions. Recently, America Fox News comes to a conclusion that five kinds of exercise can be helpful to improve emotions.

1. Yoga: make you more confident.
A research of Replacement and Supplement Journal in Medicine found that doing yoga three times a week, one hour every time, could relieve pressure and make you confident. That is enough to do it ten minutes at home every day. A new learner should learn the right way to breathe: slowly breathe in five seconds and keep two minutes; and then breathe out slowly five minutes to take completely away air from lung.

2. Pilates: make you sleep better
A research of Appalachian State University shows that Pilates helps us relax and improve sleep. Pilates experts suggest that we do it at least three times a week, one hour every time.

3. Bicycle: make you powerful
A research from American University of Georgia says that people who ride a bike 30 minutes will feel powerful. A guide experts of bicycle training suggests we should ride a bike in moderate or slow speed at least three times a week, every time 15 minutes.

4. Dumbbell: make your thinking clear
A research released in Journal of Clinical and Experimental Neuropsychological found that participants who lifted dumbbells three to five times a week would get their cognitive abilities enhanced obviously after a month. Experts say it is good to do dumbbell exercise three times a week and the weight of dumbbell is between 1.4kgs and 1.8kgs.

5. Tai Chi: make you release pressure
Many researches published in British Journal of Sports Medicine and Journal of American Medical Association shows that practicing Tai Chi not only needs arms and legs to be coordinated with body, but also needs to move softly and breathe regularly. The more important thing is to be concentrated. All of these will be helpful to adjust central nervous system to release stress. It is best to practice Tai Chi 20 minutes every day.
